Adventure Seat rides: weather and cancellations

Rain or shine. We ride rain or shine. A little damp is possible, but never drenched.

Unsafe weather. If the weather is ever unsafe (for example lightning, high winds, ice or flooding), we'll transfer your ride to another date of your choice. The full value of your booking moves to the new date. This is a transfer of value, not a refund.

Changing your date. You can change your ride date for free with at least 48 hours' notice. If you don't show up for your ride, the ride is lost.

If we have to cancel. If we cancel your ride for any reason other than weather, you choose: a new date or a full refund.

Win West Virginia Ride entries. A refunded or cancelled booking loses its drawing entry.

Apparel and merch

You can return unworn apparel and merch within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. To start a return, call or text Wayne or email us.
